Undertake research in the areas Mass Spectrometry data
processing in the fields of peptide and protein quantitation utilizing machine
learning and other advanced techniques for the enhancement of results
Planning, organization and execution of independent
research that includes conception, theoretical and computational modeling, of
mass spectrometry data and results to overcome the data overload generated by
modern mass spectrometers
Presentation of the results of original and
independent research in the form of peer-reviewed publications, and
presentations at international scientific conferences
Collaboration with external scientific groups and
internal scientists, in the development of mass spectrometry data processing,
control, peripherals and applications

Job Requirements


Have experience in the field of peptide and protein
Hold a degree in a relevant scientific discipline with
scientific publication record, Advanced degree is preferred
Experience solving scientific problems utilizing
machine learning and other advanced mathematical techniques
Ability to write software in a manner which is
suitable for prototype testing
Excellent analytical, problem solving and
decision making skills
Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation

Ability to work in a cross-functional team of
technical and non-technical personnel
