Position Objective:

Are you our new team member who will help us take client support to the next level? Then this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a dynamic global organization. An opportunity has now become available for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Groot Bijgaarden. In this role you will provide accurate, timely, and advanced technical information, advice, and assistance regarding the organization's products and services before, during, and after a purchase to service the customer and maintain and improve the organization's customer relationship. In this position you will:

•     Support the local CS Manager with Master Data, Discount Maintenance and Order Handling in SAP.

•     Fulfills local fiscal rules and local Terms and Conditions of Sales.

•     Respond to more complex, difficult or escalated enquiries from customers (via email, phone or Nautilus).

•     Understand their technical question, assess their needs, and suggest or promote alternative products or services.

•     Undertake research, adapt established procedures, and develop (new) solutions to solve

technical problems through case management and follow-up on the status of outstanding cases.

•     Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the volume, content and outcomes of enquiries received; and to access information, checklists, scripts, guidelines and other materials for responding to the customer's enquiry (WIKI).

Job Requirements


To be successful in the role we need you to have:

•     Adequate education (MBO) or experience in this type of work.

•     A previous position as Customer Support Representative is a strong advantage.

•     Knowledge and experience of Customer Support.

•     Ability to support both front and back office

•     Good communication skills.

•     It is advantageous to have a distinct affinity with Sales.

•     Due to the nature of our client base, fluency in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written) is a must.

•     MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•     SAP R3 is preferred.
