•         Provide standard responses to customer questionnaires on vendor compliance and share it with relevant teams within SCIEX

•         Ensure validation of responses from relevant stakeholders across functions and countries before sending responses to concerned SCIEX team

•         Build a repository of all prior questionnaires and standard responses

•         Update database of standard questions as new information becomes available

•         Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements when answering questions and share only relevant information

•         Liaison with designated relevant team / department contact person for timely completion of customer questionnaire

•         Set up standard process of handling questionnaires for the Global Team

•         Identify the subject matter experts for each topic covered under the questionnaire and maintain an updated database at all times.

•         Comply with all laws and regulations within the geographies covered.

•         Must have good understanding on Quote to Cash process.


Job Requirements


  • Graduate in Science / Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Manufacturing / Regulatory / Quality environment
  • Proficiency in Oracle, MS-Office and MS-Excel
  • Quality Assurance exposure
