Support Customers and Sales Team

  • Create Header in SAP for all orders received by Pall, New Port Richey  
  • Enter customer purchase orders and amendments into SAP (adding lines the headers and existing orders)  
  • Manage blocks on orders in SAP 
  • Enter service orders (warranty returns), credits and debits into SAP  
  • Trouble shooting (resolve issues that arise and consistently strive for process improvements)  
  • Process consignment usage daily (enter order for billing and process to completion)  
  • Enter and maintain customer master database  
  • Support maintenance of pricing in SAP  
  • Prepare and maintain status reports for customers and Sales  
  • Prepare and maintain Pending Order Report daily  
  • Confirm delivery dates  
  • Process expedite requests and provide data to Sales and/or customers  
  • Validate order entry  
  • Scanning and attaching documents to SAP sales orders 
  • Supporting Customer Service, Sales and Quality Teams with reporting and gathering data as needed 
  • Update Process & Procedures as required  
  • Filing all Sales documentation   

Job Requirements


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree or a minimum of three years customer service experience
  • A minimum of two years working within a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with using SAP is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop productive customer relationships and customer focused attitude
  • Ability to meet schedules and timelines
  • Good business writing, verbal, and mathematical  skills
