Description

Pall Corporation is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position of a Customer Service Representative located in Port Washington, NY.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global organization, where you are the voice to our customers.  A strong relationship with our customer starts with you!

The ideal candidate is experienced in placing the customer first, is highly focused on quality and detail, and is eager to understand and solve customer problems. We are looking for a team member with high integrity, who can work in and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Manages order processing, from start to finish, via phone, email and e-commerce
  • Collaborates with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate shipments and invoices

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED
  • 1 year of prior experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of prior experience in customer service

Position Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
