Working in a team environment responding to customer queries and correspondence through written and verbal communication.
To process and manage sales orders and amendments for Central Europe (CE)
To provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries

Main Responsibilities:
  • Phone service to customers
  • Order, Quote, Contract, Return, Credit- and Debit notes execution via SAP R3
  • Support and coordinate outside sales and customers for Industrial Markets with main Focus on M&E
  • Check on delivery date - expediting
  • Regular information to customers on availability of goods – backlog review
  • Correspondence with international Pall manufacturing plants and documentation in German and English language
  • Oversee and maintain Customer Portal´s in BU M&E
  • Regularly attend Daily Management and monitor KPIs
  • Support Supervisior

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Thorough understanding of Enterprise Systems
  • Working experience in field of inside sales and / or customer Service of complex goods
  • Commercial Education or similar
  • 2-3 Years Job experience
