Description

  • Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen/-aufträgen und Änderungen für Zentraleuropa (CE)
  • Bereitstellung eines freundlichen und schnellen Service für Kunden, die Bestellungen aufgeben und Anfragen stellen
  • Telefonservice für Kunden
  • Erstellen von Order-, Quote-, Kontrakt-, Rückgabe-, Kredit- und Lastschriftausführung über SAP R3
  • Unterstützung und Koordination des Außendienstvertriebs und Kunden
  • Überprüfung und Verfolgung der Liefertermine
  • Korrespondenz mit internationalen Pall-Fertigungsanlagen und Dokumentation in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und/oder Kundenservice
  • Hoher Servicegedanke
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Erfahrung mit SAP R/3 oder ähnlichen Anwendungen
  • Spass an der Arbeit
  • Gute English- und Deutschkenntnisse
