Ormco works closely with orthodontists to improve existing products and develop new products primarily through its Champion programs in which selected orthodontists assist Ormco in designing, developing and ultimately educating users on new product and technique innovations.


Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Customer Service

•         Receive, monitor and process customer orders and requests that come in via CRM, email, fax, phone and post, in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism.

•         Being the first point of contact to address and solve customer complaints and concerns.

•         Main point of contact for Sales Managers during the course of the day, in order for a quick and dedicated service for both the external as well as the internal customer.

•         Develop and deliver sales reports on targets, data and other information as required to assist Sales Managers in meeting their sales requirements.

•         Ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner and aim to have a 0% missed call rate.

•         Interface with other departments through CRM to ensure that customer’s service requests are processed in a timely manner.

•         Provide customer with accurate information regarding our products and sales promotions and supporting Sales Managers in upselling Ormco’s products.

•         Work closely together with other departments in the Supply Chain (Warehouse, Planning, Logistics) and the rest of the Ormco Supply Chain Specialty Center team to ensure orders, credit and returns are processed in a correct and timely manner.

•         Creat new customers in the SAP and maintain all records.

•         Comply with ISO procedures

Accounts Receivables

•         Develop and deliver weekly reports tracking accounts which are overdue and require follow up action by Sales Managers.

•         Track customer payments fortnightly, including credit card and check deposits to ensure they have been processed correctly and notify Sales Managers accordingly when payments are missing.

•         Call customers daily regarding open invoices and remind them of appropriate payment terms and conditions.

•         Prepare reminder and final notices for overdue accounts fortnightly to be delivered to the Sales Managers to action.

•         Enter supplier invoices into the system in a timely manner to ensure they can be actioned accordingly.
