Description

Solve problems or clarify customer doubts via telephone, e-mail and website, record and handle customer complaints, give delivery position of materials when requested by customers, update customer on expected billing dates when service is not possible always following the procedures of the area.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Complete high school.

To reside in Jundiaí or Region.

Knowledge in package office and integrated ERP system.

Experience with customer service via telephone and email will be a differential.
