Description

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials with Planners/Schedulers and other departments to ensure we have the inventory levels needed to meet our Standing Order and Key Stock Requirements.



•        Put away all finished goods into Standing Order and Key stock inventory as per its assigned locations



•        Pull Standing and Key stock orders from inventory



•        Maintain 99% or better inventory accuracy



•        Maintain FIFO system in Standing and Key stock to ensure inventory is



•        accurate and up-to-date



•        Monitor Standing and Key stock order shipments and stock levels of Finished Goods via KPI and/or Dashboards



•        Help track raw material inventory to ensure adequate levels to meet SO & Key requirements



•        Communicate to Planning, Schedulers and other departments changes in requirements and shipments



•        Communicate any order(s) delay to SOS, Keystock and Standing Order customer specialist and all related stack holders.



•        Expedite inventory through the manufacturing process to ensure availability of products to fulfill stock levels in Finished Goods Inventory.



•        Communicate delays in the process to Planning Manager to avoid inventory shortages



•        Work with Distribution to insure locations are properly identified and items are packaged and ready for shipment



•        Produce same day delivery report for all Standing and Key stock shipments.



•        Perform daily cycle count of inventory in Standing Order and Key Stock Locations



•        Create and maintain a master list of the following by customers and/or location


Standing order


Key Stock



•        Create, maintain and implement reports as needed to communicate required information on Key Customers and Accounts.



•        Other jobs and duties as assigned.

Requirements:



•        High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) in General Education required.



•        Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects



•        Requires analytical thinking and presenting ideas



•        Experience in Microsoft office and Database Management



•        Attention to detail, pay specific attention to tasks



•        Strong organizational skills, plans and assigns resources in a detailed fashion
