Description

The Customer Intelligence Analyst is supporting the Manager Customer Intelligence North America in defining, standardizing, and maintaining the collection, storage, and usage of customer and product data to allow and integrate use of data across the organization by using MDM/data warehouse and CRM systems to ensure 360° view of the customer. Additionally, the Customer Intelligence Analyst monitors and assures data quality and integrity. 

Responsibilities:
  • Research information & update records.
  • Increase customer visibility.
  • Perform data entry, validation, harmonization, matching and cleansing in MDM and CRM.
  • Process data change management: Work with the businesses to enact data changes in external systems to align with CRM.
  • Maintain, manage and update product- & price lists.
  • Make recommendations to enhance data.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree or High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in data management, data quality and integrity.
  • 1+ years experience with a CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics
  • 1+ years experience with SQL Server / Oracle DB.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel. 
  • Basic analytical and problem solving skills.
