Description

Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities and Required Interactions:


• Contributes to customer satisfaction and takes care of meeting customer’s needs.

• Impacts upon the Company's achievement by processing customers’ requests and accurate processing of orders, service calls, etc.

• Acts as first point of contact for customers and ensures timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Liaises with internal departments where necessary to resolve issue and feedbacks relevant information to ensure process improvements.

• Supports customer requests coming in by phone and through the Internet.
• Administrative support of Technicians by capturing the initial customer request and producing the service tasks, as needed.
• Produces quotations and processes customer orders in line with company policy/guidelines.

• Must possess excellent administration, organizational aptitude, have good attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

• In addition, must be able to work as part of a team, being customer service oriented and friendly natured.

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Education to GCSE standard with vocational training or A-levels equivalent.
• Experience in an administrative role is desired.

Additional Requirements:
• Must possess excellent administration, organizational aptitude, have good attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, must be able to work as part of a team, being customer service oriented and friendly natured.
• Past experience in a customer contact/order administration role, in a fast changing sales environment is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in German and Spanish Language, good knowledge of English Language.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Oracle.
