  • Oversee assigned customeraccount programs, implementations, coordinating, prioritizing and monitoring projecttasks, timelines and project plans, with ongoingcommunication to internal and customer stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to growth the Brand Account business year over year.

  • Maintain Brand Programs at an 85% renewal rate within the supply chain and direct brand account revenue.

  • Identify and escalatesignificant issues and roadblocks that require additional resources or decisions.

  • Ensure that necessarydocuments for assignedcustomer deals are completed on time and on quality, including proposals, statement of work, project plans and rolloutpackages

  • Define in advance and secure sign-off on the success criteria for project deliverables, work with the team to establish deliverydates for and oversee the review of customer deliverables to ensure they meet all customer acceptance criteria.

  • Co-ordinate responses and resources need to respondto RFPs/RFQs promptlyand accurately

  • Co-ordinate internal team member activities so that theirdeliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered on a timely basis.

  • Interact with assignedaccounts as main point of contact, to identify, document, assign, communicate and track progress of agreed tasks on time and on quality

  • Help create standardtemplates and deliverables for sales deals and work with Sales Reps to adapt for specific projects driving to close.

  • Reconcile, track, and report on bookings/revenue from Brand Programs.

  • Forecast supply chain revenue and inform regions when resources or inventory maybe required to support Brand Programs.

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools within the area of responsibility and exposure

  • Support Sales / Business Development Managers by managing internal legal, IT or related reviews and liaising with the customer to accelerate review process.

  • Support additional projects related to sales operations.

  • 3+ years related experience and/or training

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or related field.

  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience required. Project management tool experience, preferred.

  • Proficiency in English required; proficiency in German preferred

  • Industry knowledge of packaging designto final production; and, experience in related domains is an asset.

  • Industry knowledge of color quality and print quality;and, experience in related domains is an asset.

  • Ability to travel, up to 30% domestically and internationally.
