JOB SUMMARY:  

The CRM Coordinator is responsible for upholding the integrity, accuracy and optimization of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System. They will work closely with Marketing in the lead handling process and provide analytics and reporting to the management team as needed. They will utilize various sources (i.e. internet, printed, electronic, etc.) to identify new leads, add to the database and assign tasks to Sales Representatives for follow-up.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1.    Ensure all CRM data is correct and weekly reports are accurate; coordinate workflow processes with department Management

2.    Maintain strategic business reports critical to day-to-day operations analytics and reporting to the Sales teams and Leadership.

3.    Research various online sources to continuously add doctors and dental labs specific to assigned geography that are not currently in the company’s existing CRM.

4.    Validate and update data against information in our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System), and Web-store prior to entering the data into the CRM with efficiency and accuracy.

5.     Prioritize daily work to provide viable leads to respective Sales Representatives with specific instructions based on current campaigns and projects including Trade Show, PPC, Landing Pages, etc.

6.    Act as an Internal resource for the CRM system and work to provide user support as needed

7.     Maintain inventory of product literature, and fulfill/process literature orders, as required

8.     Work on Marketing, IT, Education and Customer Service Projects as requested by the Director of Inside Sales and Customer Service.


Job Requirements



Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Associate’s Degree in Business or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).  1-2 years of demonstrated CRM experience (Salesforce.com experience preferred).   Experience creating, updating records in Salesforce.com or similar CRM system.  Prior experience and/or knowledge of dentistry and the dental implant industry a plus.


LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.  Ability to write reports business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers. Must have highly developed personal skills. Must be able to communicate clearly with staff and management and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.  

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions.


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:


  1. Type at least 45 words per minute

  2. Ability to quickly and accurately extract distinct data from the web and business systems applications

  3. Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence using MS Office 365 and CRM systems

  4. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  5. Must possess critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail, listening and follow-through

  6. Ability to think creatively about problem solving issues
