  • • Lead the (SFDC) administrator/analyst activities in EMENA
    •Optimize the use of SFDC for EMENA direct and distributors markets
    •Maintain security access to SFDC using role hierarchies and sharing rules
    •Responsible for sales and marketing user setup
    •Train users in commercial area
    •Build up and manage SFDC super-users
    •Create, document and Maintain SFDC reports and dashboards
    •Provide regular business and market analysis based on data extracted from SFDC
    •Develop and implement initiatives to motivate the sales & support teams to use SFDC effectively
    •Create and maintain SFDC end user and admin SOPs
    •Coordinate updates of assay intelligence section with product manager for new launches and marketing team for updates
    •Interface effectively with IT and commercial teams in US for coordinating maintenance of SFDC
    •Update and enhance SFDC configuration to provide solutions for forecasting, reporting, workflows and enhanced functions

    • Management, maintenance and training of Xpert Calculator quoting tool
    •Maintenance of Xpert Quote
    •Adding New Products
    •Updating list prices
    •Updating commercial policies
    •Updating contracts if necessary
    •Adding to drop downs – e.g. sales reps names
    •Fixing bugs
    •Coordinating management of the profit calculator with finance
    •Coordinating with country managers to update commercial policies if necessary
    •Update documentation

    • Collaborate on Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tool rollout and end user support
    •Back-up for BI key user
    •Support software roll out project

Job Requirements


Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of related work experience.
