Description

Performs collections of delinquent accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, & fax. Fields incoming calls from customers and sales representatives. Resolves issues with incorrect billing amounts and purchase orders. Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers. (Also called Accounts Receivable.)


This position is to manage Credit & Collections as well as serve as an Accounting Manager for the Americas Region.



The Credit & Collection role includes but is not limited to: Being responsible for engaging, managing and working to directly improve the activities of the credit and collections department for the Americas region.



The  Accounting Manager role is to directly support the Americas Controller and VP of Finance with FP&A critical activities.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3-5 years of experience in related role

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Prior supervisory/management experience with a team of 5+

  • Excellent time management

  • Detailed Oriented

  • Ability to motivate and train direct reports
