Description

Essential Job Functions: 
• Main contact person for Commercial Operations related matters in Indonesia, mainly on Customer Service & Logistics matters.
• Oversee & manage performance of third party logistics service provider – warehouse, custom clearance, inbound/outbound freight, in-house DHL personnel
• Maintain 100% accuracy, create SO within 1 day and consistency of data entry.
• Send Order Acknowledgements to all customers cc sales.
• Generate quotations as requested by Sales & Customers within 2 days.
• Investigate and resolve customer and inter department queries or complaints to an agreed satisfactory level.
• Offer best solutions and recommendations to queries.
• Ensure operations are compliant.
• Ensure operational efficiency to achieve Commercial Operations KPI, i.e. OTD, and etc 
• Feedback to SAP SD Key user to improve customer master data in SAP for greater efficiency and reduction of errors.
• Maintain records and databases in order to meet SOX, compliance and service levels
• Establish and execute defined processes that ensure timely inbound receipt (GR), Outbound Delivery (PGI) and distribution of products or services (outbound) to customers meeting Customers Request Date.          
• Address and resolve issues arise from daily warehouse operations with cross-functional departments, manufacturing plants and 3rd Party Transportation Service Provider – Inbound/Outbound discrepancies, quarantined stocks handling, scrapping and all warehousing related issue.
• Plan and execute weekly cycle and annual physical inventory count meeting inventory accuracy of 100%. Reconcile count variances and coordinate with Finance on all inventory adjustment.
• Implement audit controls that monitor the process of warehouse operations for maximum effectiveness and storage footprint optimization.
• Manage & control freight, duties, warehouse storage & all logistics related costs.
• Implementation of regulatory requirements with minimum impact to the organization’s operations
• Preparation of statistics/reports to measure warehouse operational KPIs
• Lead in warehouse/logistics initiatives / projects
• Participate and attend to all other activities assigned by the CS Supervisor and/or Management as and when required
