As a Coordinator of Customer Support, you will serve customers by providing product information, handling incoming customer phone calls, processing orders and resolving order management issues.  This role also processes orders and provides efficient response and resolution to all customer requests.  Assists customers with inquiries or issues concerning orders.  Timely follow up and feedback provided for all customer issues.  

  • Order Processing, tracking, trouble-shooting and overall order management. Orders are received via fax (to digital), EDI, email and manual hard copy.
  • Client Inquiries must be responded to ASAP and are high volume daily.
  • Responsible for issuing RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization) and generating credit notes to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Analyze, review, and process customer requests for return authorization and credits.  
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure accurate billing and shipments.  
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  
  • Assigned specific offline projects and daily operations activities. 
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative to respond to and/or address challenging situations.  Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. 

Job Requirements


  • Fluently bilingual French and English – ORAL, WRITTEN, READING COMPREHENSION 
  • Minimum high school graduate. College level preferred. 
  • Some experience in Customer Service and interested in taking your skills to a higher level. 
  • Professional telephone manner and customer centric mindset to support our customers in R & D Laboratories, Purchasing staff at Hospitals at all levels within Procurement 
  • Positive, friendly, consistent attitude,  tolerant,  diplomatic and empathetic 
  • Above-average listening skills  and very solutions-oriented 
  • Excellent reasoning skills and able to facilitate critical thinking when needed
  • Able to treat each situation as a challenge to be resolved or escalated  quickly & effectively
  • Thrives in a team environment and understands full accountability of CSR role
  • Technology savvy and able to learn the process driven methodology using ORACLE (or a similar size ERP system, i.e. SAP, JD Edwards, etc)  
  • Overall clear understanding of the order process , warehouse distribution cycle through to billing the Client

Hours of Operation:     8:30AM to 5:00PM with flexibility for national coverage including Western Canada
