Beckman Coulter is a Danaher company, operating in two industries: Diagnostics and Life Sciences. 


Core Function:
Perform data entry, and assist in all of the basic functions of the SiteMAX office with primary focus on New Capital Processing.

Job Specifications:
  • Supervision Received: Supervision provided by the on-site SiteMAX manager
  • Equipment and Mechanical Aids Used: Office equipment such as a computer with modem, FAX, printer, scanner, telephone.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
  • Good people skills for front-line customer service. Typing, filing, and data entry for a variety of office computer software. 
  • Implement all areas of capital processing
  •  Document new arrivals
  •  Coordinate installations
  •  Capture capital close info
  •  Update database
  •  Follow-up as needed through call close
  • Assist with data entry needs as needed in other areas of SiteMAX services Document work orders and update records in Maximo
  •  Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with laboratory owners and equipment vendors via e-mail, in person, and via phone.
  •  Provide support for Scheduled maintenance administrator

Job Requirements


Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma. 
  • Minimum 2 plus years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 2 plus years of MS Office Suite experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Administrative experience
