Beckman Coulter is a Danaher company, operating in two industries: Diagnostics and Life Sciences. 


Providing field and customer support to assigned areas. 
  • Maintain contracts for new and existing business
  • Assist in contract renewals
  • Partner with accounts receivables to resolve customer invoice disputes
  • Resolution of customer support issues
  • Audit instrument and consumable contracts for compliance to policy and programs and enter into on-line system.
  • Extensive customer, management and inter-department interaction.

Job Requirements


Basic Qualifications:
  • High school degree with 3-5 diagnostics contract experience in related field required.  . 
  • Demonstrated skills in effective call handling, in a high volume customer service environment.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills & ability to multi task
  • Must have experience working with contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
