Responsabilités principales

Dans ce cadre, vos missions consistent à : 

o     Assistance téléphonique ; Coordination

§  Réceptionner les appels des clients

§  Enregistrer les actions réalisées sous Oracle

§  Répondre aux diverses demandes des clients

§  Contacter l’ISC pour les demandes d’interventions et communiquer l’ETA aux clients

§  Identifier et commander les pièces nécessaires à l’ISC pour l’intervention

§  Suivi des commandes

o    Gérer les activités administratives

§  Relayer les appels pour maintenances préventives en collaboration avec Nyon et Krefeld

§  Rédiger et suivre les réclamations clients (CF)

§  Rédiger et suivre les devis pour les prestations facturables

§  Assurer la facturation des interventions
