Description

Main tasks include:



  • Provide support and advise to all Business Units and employees globally on compliance related matters and questions, especially with regards to corruption prevention

  • Control, analyze, and continuously improve the enterprise-wide process of verifying the integrity and compliance of sales channel partners

  • Implementation and continuous improvement of Leica’s compliance processes and controls

  • Provide targeted compliance classroom training

  • Support the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide compliance communication strategy

  • Support the Compliance Reporting

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Key Requirements:



  • Law or economics degree;

  • basic knowledge of commercial law and international corruption legislation

  • Professional experience in compliance, ideally in an international Healthcare, Pharma or Life Science environment   

  • English fluent, other languages advantageous 

  • high IT affinity, analytical thinking and strong appearance

  • high social and communication skills
