The Commercial Marketing Project Manager is responsible for marketing and communication activities on a global level relating to the promotion of Nobel Biocare's portfolio of products and services. He/She works with the development and implementation of global communication campaigns as well as marketing and sales support material within the business area of Implant Systems and Regenerative Solutions. He/She will lead the marketing stream of selected product launches from planning to execution and support successful implementation in launch countries. The Commercial Marketing Project Manager works closely with other marketing functions, Product Management, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, Training & Education as well local marketing managers in the countries.

Job Requirements


  • Commercial strategy development as well as marketing and communication planning for the business area of Implant Systems and Regenerative Solutions

  • Project management of the marketing stream for product launches and project lead for assigned communication campaigns

  • Development of claims and key messages for assigned products, activities and campaigns

  • Content creation and implementation of marketing, sales and campaign material including channel-specific copy writing (e.g. brochures, websites, emails, SEO/PPC, social media, adverts)

  • Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance of all marketing and communication materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

  • Motivating, supporting and training countries to implement marketing campaigns and tools in order to maximize effect of marketing initiatives on sales

  • University degree or other relevant degree, ideally within marketing

  • Excellent written and spoken English 

  • Strategic mindset and structured personality with a proactive approach to tasks and projects  

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Know how within strategic marketing and communication campaigns

  • Business understanding with a strong drive for achieving results

  • Ability to work in a fast-moving international environment managing several projects simultaneously
