Key Responsibilities

1. Develops and implements effective channel management strategy and plan with DSO customers and partners, including rebate policy, commercial policy…

2. Reviews distributor model and agreement to suit the changing market to ensure network coverage.

3. Identifies DSO customers and channel partners’ needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests.

4. Partners with account manager to provide support to DSO customers and channel partners in identify potential end-users and drive opportunities.

4. Devises implements and monitors programs to drive revenues through DSO customers and channel partners.

5. Develops initiatives and processes to obtain regular feedback from DSO customers on distribution channel strategy and programs.

6. Maintains a reliable communication mechanism with sales, marketing and other departments to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.

Job Requirements



1. Bachelor degree or above business or related field. Master degree is preferred.

2. 8+ years progressive industry experience with extensive successful experience in channel management.

3. Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.

4. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

5. Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and methodologies.

6. Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high pressure environment.

7.Good command of written and oral English.
