This position will be responsible for Channel Partner Management for sales and commercial activities (Global and Americas Satair).  This role is the main interface between Pall and our Distributors. The Channel Partner Manager (CPM) will assist the channel team to drive market penetration with partners to accelerate sales growth.

  • Directly manage relationships and coordinate partnership commitments with selected Aerospace Channel Partner(s)
  • Develop and manage performance bowlers sales funnel activity and partner point of sale reporting 
  • Manage and distribute Annual Distribution Price Lists and Incentive programs
  • Coordinate and provide forecasting for selected Channel Partner(s)
  • Manage Channel Partner monthly and quarterly business reviews to track sales performance, end-customer analysis and Voice-of-Customer (VoC)
  • Undertake direct end-customer visits as required to support the Channel Partner(s) or Pall product related promotion, technical liaison or support as required.  A consultative sales philosophy will be utilized to ensure sales performance
  • Handle application / product questions from Channel Partners and end-customers and provide prompt, accurate answers.
  • Collect and provide constructive feedback and customer VoC for management to drive continuous improvement
  • Engage in Channel Partner key performance indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate
  • Create, manage and review standard work as required
  • Interface with marketing, operations and inside sales counterparts as required
  • CRM software updates

Job Requirements


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proven/Extensive experience in advanced direct customer support, technical support, or commercial management.
  • Skilled in application and market-specific consultative selling techniques that uncover new sales opportunities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience and working knowledge of Sales CRM systems
  • Advanced data analytics capability with spreadsheet and database applications
  • Knowledge of Aviation operational environment, aircraft systems, product qualification and certification requirements is desirable
  • Experience working with distributors or similar channel partners desirable
