Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the Channel Marketing Manager will be accountable for executing the global channel marketing strategy. 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Partner with Global Product Managers to define, prioritize and plan opportunities within the global sales channel.

  • Evaluate and manage private label opportunities including packaging and sales forecasts globally.

  • Assist in managing and driving key business metrics including revenue, cost targets and new customer acquisition.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university required.

  • A minimum of 3 years related experience in a channel marketing role.  

  • 3 years experience managing multiple channel partners.

  • 3 years marketing experience with distribution or channel marketing is required.

  • Experience in dental/medical device industries required. 



Preferred:


  • MBA preferred.




Abilities:



  • Strong analytical skills used to drive-decision making and experience building a business case using market and sales data and financial forecast statistics.

  • Proven experience of partnering with and influencing external customers and partners.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with channel representatives on a daily basis.

  • Solid oral, written and presentation skills to effectively communicate and influence a cross functional team.

  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity and effective time management skills.
