Job Responsibility

l  Screen the market to generate new channel leads

1)      Desktop research for new channel resources of target region /vertical

2)       Cold calling to the candidate database to build Channel visibility and generate leads

l  Build and nurture new channel candidate database.

1)       Nurture the leads regularly in new-channel database to find new business opportunity.

2)      Review with DSM to track leads status

3)      Prepare value proposition materials / successful case of new partner to conduct activity to attract new channel candidate regularly

l  Drive new channel add process

1)      Review with candidates on business plan and follow up to support on business target achieved.

2)      Coordinate with legal team to implement compliance test for new  partner.

3)      Coordinate with internal department to implement new channel on-boarding process.

l  Provide daily support among existing distributors.

1)      Coordinate with legal to prepare contracts and annual distributor certificates.

2)      Follow with partners to make sure CPTK process finished on time.

3)      Prepare supporting document to distributors

l  Other tasks related on Channel management /development

Job Requirements



  1. Bachelor degree or above.

  2. Quick learner and excellent communication skills.

  3. Good reading & written English skills

  4. Experience for tele sales is preferred.
