    • FUNCTION: This position will have responsibility to lead public health related strategy development and project management in China, across Danaher operational companies in accordance with China GA functional strategy.


    • Build up and maintain effective communication with the National Health Commission and China National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, think-tanks, academician, professional associations, cross Diagnosis& Life Science.

    • Proactive health policy surveillance, interpretation, impact analysis and influence by key policy stakeholder and Government think tank engagement, strategic partnership.

    • China Disease Management program design and implementation, key focus on infectious disease and oncology.

    • China epidemiology research, health economics and product value dossier development, key focus on infectious disease and oncology.

    • As contact person for China Dx OpCo R&D centers, to advice product development priority and strategic Market Access project, on behalf of China GAMA department.

    • Lead independent China central public health policy related strategy development and internal communications.

    • Identify and maximizing winning opportunity at central level for Danaher Dx OpCos in China.


The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

    • Daily trace and tracking China central public health policy update and analysis

    • Public health project design and management

    • Customer relationship management, externally and internally

    • Lead and conduct product-based strategy development

    • Policy research, epidemiology study, health economics and product value dossier development

    • Termly participation related China medical device industry association event

    • Other work entrusted by Central Government Affairs Director


    • External contacts for this position include government, government think-tank, professional association, institution, university, vendors, and consulting companies.

    • Internal contacts include Global/Greater China HE&GA team members, and Danaher Dx/ Clinical LS/ Dental OpCos in China.

Job Requirements




    • Master of Public Health, Pharmacoeconomics.

    • Excellent Mandarins and English in written and oral, excellent operation skill on Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Data Statistics software skill preferred.


At least 3 years’ Central Government facing working experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, hospital, university, consulting firm, government think tank agency.
