Description

Summary:

• Meet the AOP and the GM targets

• Lead and Manage a salesforce team of 6

• Develop a Culture of Customer First

• Ensure Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations, promote D&I


Main Duties:

• Develop the business with existing Customers and find new opportunities for additional business

• Act as escalation level for Accounts in territory, dealt with by other members of the Aerospace Team 

• Meet Management reporting requirements

• Ensure full compliance with Export Control, Legal requirements and Ethical rules

• Continue to develop own skills and knowledge of technologies and processes

• Support the global Aerospace Team in expanding the business 

• Management of direct report Aerospace Sales Team members  (remote management) to meet their business and personal development objectives

• Support all GD initiatives and take necessary actions to achieve the set goals

• Continuously monitor the market in order to identify new developments, trends and business potential

• Negotiate, conclude and manage contracts with Customers

• Negotiate, conclude and manage contracts with Agents and Consultants (as applicable)

• Ensure technical and commercial conditions for profitable Aftermarket business

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Qualification & Experience:
• Engineering Degree, preferable Master in Aeronautical Sciences
• 10+ years experience in the Aerospace sector
• Management experienced
• Solid Sales Management experience (remote management)
• Familiar with highly matrix environment and Multicultural interactions
• Selling high technology products to the Aerospace Customers
• Ability to work with large, cross functional Teams at Customers and within Pall
• Ability to prioritise actions and have a sense of urgency in order to meet deadlines
• Understanding of financial reports and tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Perfect knowledge of English (spoken and written). German language skills would be a plus
