The primary objective for this role is to strategically engage with stakeholders to deliver key reporting metrics and data visualization capabilities through dashboards and other reporting tools for marketing teams. Serves as the marketing liaison and primary technical resource for the BI team by understanding data integration points and visualizing data across the marketing business environment. Act as a key member defining the business intelligence vision and strategic roadmap. Function as a primary resource for marketing to troubleshoot, visualize and/or develop insightful reports on key marketing metrics.

  • Support data reporting strategic roadmap specific to digital marketing data such as marketing automation, web traffic, leads management and other digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure digital marketing visualization tools provide key insights and meet end-user needs through current BI reporting tools. This includes engagement with end-users for input and vision for data outputs.
  • Responsible for integrating enterprise wide data into Domo & Qlik (BI dashboard) environments
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, data-driven solutions and communicate these effectively.
  • Design and prepare data design/specification, build, test and deploy dashboards to business.
  • Proactively identifies data quality issues and risks and opportunities for improvements
  • Responsible for debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting data solutions and dashboards
  • Responsible for thorough and rigorous testing and validation of data

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 4+ years professional experience in Data Engineering
  • Experience with big data technologies, Dashboard development and design best practices
  • Proficient with relational databases like Oracle/SQL Server/ Redshift/Teradata
  • Experience handling large data sets using SQL and databases in a business environment
  • Familiar with Google Tag Manager, Search Console, web analytics
  • ETL, Data Modeling and Data Warehousing (DW) processes
  • Using Domo, Qlik, Tableau or similar tools
