To develop and identify new market opportunities and drive sales within the Chemical  market and to maximise business related revenue, such as greater volume or gross margin, from new & existing accounts.

• Set-up Japan strategic and tactical sales account plans in accordance to Asia strategic direction and Japan specific situation and market conditions
• Liaise with APAC and global team to achieve the goals in business development
• Sales Funnel Management and forecasting
• Develop and implement customer account plans designed to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections
• Optimize go-to-market strategy, manage distributors effectively for business development
• Expand the customer base and sales by establishing regular contacts with customers and key reference sites
• Gather market intelligence relative to product and application. Update them to APAC Marketing team 
• Drive Sales of New Products and Applications at Assigned Accounts
• Maintain Appropriate Database Including CRM, RFQ Alert, SOA’s, Sites/ Plant List, Project/ Quote Tracking and Others as Needed
• Negotiate pricing adjustments

Job Requirements


• Bachelor or Master Degree in Science/Chemistry or General Chemical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of solid sales/marketing experience ideally from within the Chemical field 
• Experience in project management, not technical project management but GTM
• Good English communication skills
