The new Business Development Manager role will help to:

  • Provides analysis of business markets, trends, competition, portfolios, technologies, and revenues.
  • Mapping Pall potential in the Fluid Technology Market (refineries, petrochemicals, chemicals specialties, green chemicals, renewable energy and rental service)
  • Develop and identify new markets and applications
  • Develop a Value proposition
  • Conduct Seminars and generate new leads
  • Develop network with Customers, Trade associations, and stakeholders of the FT Market
  • Feed the GTM deployment
  • Utilize the telemarketing and Telesales team to support growth activities
  • Bring fresh ideas into the team and challenge todays status quo
  • Evaluates, recommends and manages proposals for strategic business opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, alliances and/or for the BU, in both new and existing markets/technologies.

Job Requirements


Either an Engineering or Business Administration or related Scientific Education
Several years of experience in Business Development and/or Sales within a related market
Experienced with complementary products is a big plus
Experienced with P&L responsibility is a plus
Strong network within the i.e. Fluent Technology Market
Very good understanding of customer needs
Target driven
Solution driven 
Open to innovations
Fluent in English and in German
