We are currently seeking Business Development Manager to join our team in below mentioned location-
• Delhi

Position Purpose:
A business development Manager is tasked with the job of helping the business grow. His/ Her priority is to participate with the Sales Team to explore blue ocean markets , acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones. The role is a crucial one for our Laser business and winning competition accounts , with the ambition to expand our market share substantially.
Responsibilities
This job involves:
1. Identifying new verticals, geographies for Laser Sales 
2. Identifying Competition accounts where we can replace with our Lasers
3. Providing the relevant Data for the Sales Team to create opportunities and build funnel as per the target revenue
4. Pitching products and/or services
5. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing Big customers
6. Contacting potential customers via email or phone/ ftf meeting to establish rapport and explore potential opportunities
7. Planning  new marketing initiatives with support of Marketing and Product Team
8. Attend relevant exhibition/trade shows and industry events 
9. Plan Road shows, demonstration and conduct the same with the help of Marketing and Product team
10. Responsible to deliver the targeted growth in Laser both on Revenue and margins, monthly and qtrly basis
11. Attend all the funnel reviews and KPI meetings organised by Zonal Sales Head 
12. Help Sales team sell Lasers wherever they feel the need of support
13. Help in payment collections/forms
14. Manage Sales funnel on SFDC
15. Strong interactions with the Sales Team members in the Zone.

• Experienced level of selling, sales forecast and negotiation skills.
• Good commercial Acumen-Understand the quotations/ discounts/and its importance, and negotiate better.
• Experienced in lead and funnel management.
• Technical Skills – able to understand market needs, technically map the suitable VJ solution to customers, shall have technical skill to evaluate technical needs of customer.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Sales driven, results oriented and a team player.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
 Education – Engineering with strong Business Development or sales background.  MBA would be an added advantage

 WORK EXPERIENCE– 
 Minimum of 7-9 years of field sales experience in an Indian or a multi-national company selling Industrial products/ capital goods. Preference for candidates who have sold Laser equipment’s.
