The Regional Clinical Sales Development Manager – Clinical, North America will be responsible for achieving revenue growth targets for the Clinical Industry as well as targeted growth at selected accounts. 

This position will; 1) have a deep understanding of the regional market environment 2) build strategic relationships and partnerships  3) coordinate with internal parties and 4) develop strategic sales plans for aggressive growth.

The Regional Clinical Sales Development Manager – Clinical, North America will work directly with the Global Business Unit Manager, the applications laboratory, sales representatives and management, as well as Product Management to develop and execute an effective sales and marketing strategy built around funnel development and execution

• Manage vertical market funnel and conduct market and business analysis (trends, applications, customer profiling, competitive landscape, regulatory impact, etc) for existing and new business opportunities. Identify the key areas of growth and differentiation for the company and its products in all regions
• Develop and implement GTM strategies and action plans that will generate sales growth in the Clinical segment, increasing market share and brand awareness.
• Work in collaboration with regional sales representatives and management to identify new business opportunities, manage regional sales funnels, and develop KOL relationships.
• Work in collaboration with Global Business Unit Manager to localize Marketing Communication plan, including customer- facing marketing collateral, consistent with GTM strategy for region, leveraging traditional and digital marketing communication platforms to increase uptake and drive lead generation.
• Manage the delivery of sales training for Clinical across North America.
• Support Annual Conference/Event/Seminar planning within North America focused on lead generation and brand visibility at the solution level.
• Develop opportunities for local workshops and execute with support from Global Business Unit Manager and local sales
• Responsible for managing sales funnel of Clinical in MSCRM, delivering regular data reports and updates including key performance indicators such as sales performance, key actions and general results of activities.

Job Requirements


• 10+ years working knowledge of consumables sales into growth markets.
• 5+ years of key account management.
• Strong laboratory workflow and troubleshooting experience.
• Creative, solution-oriented thinking process with strong attention to detail.
• Extensive interpersonal and relationship building experience.
• Dynamic/Excellent presentation skills.
• BS or MS in Life Science.
• Must be willing to travel 50-75%
