As Business Analytics Manager you will work with all of Pall's business units' Sales and Marketing teams to build and drive our commercial applications and data analytics strategy. As a business partner, you’ll establish and promote a culture of collaboration and partnership by evaluating business needs to data insights, analytics and important metrics that help drive actionable insights and deliver on Growth. We are looking for a highly influential hands-on leader with a passion for optimizing data, insights within the Sales and Marketing context and who can work in a dynamic growth environment. This person in this role will collaborate with the different business units to drive standard work as it relates to analyzing and reporting data metrics and, publish report summaries and help improve the quality of data in CRM.

The Manager of Business Analytics/Applications is a critical champion and enabler of Sales Success through the development and sustainment of sales tools, strategy and business processes, while optimizing business analytics, critical commercial information and other data insights. The position will contribute to the growth of the company through sales strategy creation and execution.

Build, Design, Champion and Scale the Analytics footprint, Data Management for all commercial use across all of Pall.
  • Hands on execution of Commercial applications strategy using Analytics and Information Management and build Analytics to utilize and maximize all tools and systems that are in place and explore bolt-on’s to enable Sales Success.
  • Help build process and tools to drive the adoption of business rules in the CRM System using reporting and analytics.
  • Develop Tools to manage the reporting on key performance indicators to help measure all aspects of the selling process.
  • In collaboration with SMEs and data stewards, helps define and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the Customer data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
  • Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the business units is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.

Build/Deploy Tools to apply Best Practices around CRM/Other Applications to measure Sales Effectiveness.
  • Build Actionable Insights through Optimized Systems and Bolt-Ons.
  • Work closely with Sales Ops team to support sales processes including standard work around Funnel Management, Win/Loss reporting, and sales standard of work.
  • Support Incentive Compensation Programs and Provide Business/Technical insights with hands on work on Plans, system changes and comp assessments.
  • Apply project management standard methodologies and processes, which require effectively scoping, planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, and reporting status for all projects managed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate multiple projects through effective project planning and management, resource allocation, risk identification, change management, issues resolution, and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners as needed to ensure Action Plans, Projects stay on track and meet deadlines; build strong and positive relationships.
  • Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
  • Execute project-based communication plans.
  • Manage and appropriately raise any delivery ‘blockers’, risks, issues, and changes.
  • Partner with Global counterparts to look for best in class practices and harmonization of standard work.
  • Facilitate Change Management, project discovery, business case development, process improvement, project status and issue resolution.
  • Execute the strategy partnering with IT and Sales Enablement team members.

Job Requirements


Working experience with SAP, C4C - CRM and Other CRM Tools.
  • BS/BA Degree Required
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Hands on experience and expertise with OBIEE, Tableau, Qlikview, Wave, Power Builder and other Sales Analytics technologies
  • Results driven with passion for strong collaboration.
  • Project Management Experience and Process oriented with focus on sustainment.
  • Strong influencing skills with experience getting things done through others.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into meaningful management reporting in order to provide regular project updates to senior management
  • Expert/Advanced skill level in Microsoft Access or Excel with 3+ years Proficiency (2003-2010, VBA, SQL)
  • Experience with ERP, master data, customer hierarchies is a plus.
