Description

This position is responsible for filling production work orders, staging and preparing materials necessary to produce products.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Fill, cap, and label based on production schedule
• Blend products by following various work instructions, SOPs, or blend sheets
• Ability to keep up with production schedule to ensure products are in stock to meet customer deliveries.

Experience/Skills:
• Experience working with chemicals (preferred)
• Experience working in a factory environment
• Mathematics (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals and percentages)
• Communication—verbal and written with line leaders, managers and fellow workers
• Ability to work through problems in an efficient and effective manner
• Strong problem solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including emails and basic spreadsheet (data entry)
• Mechanical aptitude
