This project manager will be responsible for developing Biotech products and systems primarily for continuous bioprocessing.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Manage internal and external development projects: 70% of time

◦Includes VPM, facilitating core team activities, reporting, communication, creating project documentation, manage to scope, schedule, and budget. 

•Provide technical expertise to own NPD’s or others as required. 

◦May act as design owner for smaller projects. 

◦Complementary areas of expertise include bioprocess single-use consumables, hardware, and systems including filtration and chromatography. 

Skills and Knowledge:

Familiarity with bioprocesses, customers, expectations, and industry regulations

•Relevant technical background

•Driving successful execution of multiple product development projects

•Leading diverse, global multidisciplinary teams

•Identifying, understanding and mitigating project risks

•Collaborating in a global, matrixed environment

Job Requirements



Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

•3+ years experience in Project management experience 

•3+ years experience in Supplier management

Additional Requirements:

•Applicant must be willing to travel up to 20% of their time, both in Europe and USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

•PMI certification preferred.

•Experience with HW and system design preferred.
