  • Key Responsibilities

    • Plans and organizes routine tasks such as Supplier Selections, Supplier Change Notifications, Supplier Corrective Actions and Supplier Scorecards
    • Evaluate and disposition non-conforming materials and develop plans to prevent re-occurrence
    • Perform Supplier Onsite Audits and review of Self-Assessments
    • Develop working relationships with external suppliers through strong communication methods (written and verbal).
    • Assess suppliers for quality and manufacturing capabilities related to specific project need
    • Establish and cultivate a wide range of relationships to facilitate completion of assignments.
    • Support initiatives around Supplier Improvements through focused action plans.
    • Works under direction regarding the progress of projects and special assignments.
    • In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to Quality Policy and documented quality processes and procedures.
    • Promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.

Job Requirements


  • Basic Qualifications:

    • BS degree with minimum 2 years related experience
    • MS degree with minimum 0-2 years related experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
    • Experience with operating within and communicating requirements of ISO13485, 9001 standards a plus
    • FDA regulated environment experience recommended.
    • Fast learner able to quickly become adept at using the Danaher Business System tool set
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Customer orientation and results driven
    • Demonstrate outstanding work ethic and bring energy and enthusiasm to their work
