Second Shift Schedule: 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM


Build assemblies and subassemblies (including specialty assemblies)


  1. Set-up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment within a continuous production/processing operation.

  2. Build and assemble components per SOPs, schematics, blueprints, engineering orders, and job sheets.

  3. Produce and measure product to ensure compliance to blueprint and work instructions and specifications.

  4. Work with and mix chemicals, oils, and solvents as stated within the SOPs.

  5. Process parts in an explosion proof room.

  6. Use basic measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, scale, thermometers, high gauge, etc.).

  7. Complete all necessary paperwork as required including scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers and data, Follower Tags, ATP, Slitter Sheets, etc.).

  8. Learn and become efficient in working with 2-part epoxies.

  9. Communicate ideas, problems, and concerns to management.

  10. Work under the direction of supervisors, and more experienced personnel with little supervision.

  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements



  1. Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Prior work experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is an asset.

  3. Basic Math Skills (i.e. Shop Math).

  4. Ability to read and understand blueprints, verbal and written work instructions.

  5. Ability to use and read calipers to make precision measurements.

  6. Must be computer literate (i.e. MS Office Excel).

  7. Must work overtime as assigned. 


  1. Must pass a basic vision test.

  2. Bending, lifting, standing, sitting, and twisting for long periods of time.

  3. Required to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.

  4. Good eye and hand dexterity.


  1. Maintain high quality and production standards.

  2. Complete all necessary paperwork as required.

  3. Keep detailed and accurate records.

  4. Must wear all PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) when performing tasks.

  5. Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area. 

  6. Self-motivated to meet and achieve productivity goals.

  7. Ability to interact with co-workers across functions.

  8. Participate in a minimum of one (1) Kaizen event per year.


  • This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.  U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required.  Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

  • Perform preventative maintenance as required.

Must follow all environmental policies and procedures when working with chemicals, oils, and solvents.
