Second shift hours: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

The Assembler builds basic components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.


  1. Produce and measure product to ensure compliance to blueprint and work instruction specifications

  2. Produce basic components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to blueprint and work instructions

  3. Operate arbor and hydraulic presses

  4. Be able to collett swage a filter

  5. Understand and use measuring equipment

  6. Complete all necessary paperwork as required.

  7. Work under the direction of supervisors or more experienced personnel with little supervision

  8. Communicate ideas, problems, and concerns to management.

  9. Perform other tasks as assigned


  1. Maintain clean, neat and safe work area. 

  2. Attendance and punctuality is an essential part of this position.

  3. A high level of ethics shall be maintained at all times.

  4. A positive and professional attitude shall be maintained at all times.

  5. Must have good interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

  6. Delivers quality results within required deadlines

  7. Work safely following all safety procedures.

  8. Must wear all PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) when performing tasks.

Job Requirements



 Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) 

  1. Minimum of one (1) year of related manufacturing operations experience

  2. Knowledge and usage of basic shop math. 

  3. Computer literacy in MS Office (i.e.,  Excel, Data Entry)

  4. Must be able to work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.

  5. Mechanical assembly or construction experience preferred.

  6. Must have strong analytical skills

  7. Self-starter with history of innovation and creative problem solving

  8. Must work overtime as required.

  9. Prior experience working with and mixing chemicals

  10. Produce and measure product to ensure compliance to blueprint and work instruction specifications


  1. Bending, lifting, sitting, standing and twisting for long periods of time

  2. Must past vision test

  3. Required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

  4. Lifting requirement:  Daily

  5. Good eye and hand dexterity


  1. Must follow all environmental policies and procedures
  2. Perform preventative maintenance as required
  3. This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.  U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required.  Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.
