SUMMARY OF POSITION







The
primary responsibilities of this position are to provide application support
to systems and users, and excellent problem finding, training and
demonstration skill.







The post will add valuable resource to the existing team of sales and
service of Staining Imaging Team in North West India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:











•       
Support, optimization and customization of our Advanced Staining Microscopy
products in North West India.



•       
Managing cases, requests and enhancements using online tools and
processes



•       
Ensuring that client systems are fully operational and any loss of
service is restored in a timely and efficient manner



•       
Providing a high level of service to our customers and adhering to
our strict SLAs for response and restoration times



•       
Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis,
major incident management



•       
Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations



•       
Create productive relationships with and between key stakeholders



•       
Ensure that solution and application support documentation is
maintained to the highest quality and accuracy



•       
To assist with pre-sales activities / demo



•       
Creation and distribution of knowledge and information with other
team members and the company



•       
Providing assistance and cover for other team members where required



•       
Can be Target oriented (help to achieve Team goal for Monthly,
Quarterly & yearly).
















Job Requirements



Qualifications

Education
/ Experience




•       
Should be MTech or MSc in
Biology(Biotech/Biochemistry/Zoology/Genetics) with good experience in Advanced
Staining Products, karyotyping, or FISH background or similar.



•       
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a good MNC.



•       
Understanding of user application and imaging solution for the same.



•       
Help Sales team for external customer demos as per the demo slot.



•       
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills



•       
Requirement gathering and specification planning



 





FIRST SIX MONTHS EXPECTATIONS

describing these tasks)

Acquire and
maintain comprehensive operation knowledge of the product lines in Advanced Staining



•       
Understand the
systems technical configuration and support requirements.



•       
Develop and
maintain relationship with the user.



•       
Should be able to
attend the initial technical problems of systems.
