Description

As a member of the Corporate Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, this position will support the programmatic and administrative needs of the Global TA programs, to include selection and development assessments, background checks, TA technology and TA knowledge management.  This role will report to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition Operations, with accountability to the Senior Manager, Talent Management (dotted line).


Responsibilities:
  • Support administrative and program support needs for the selection and development assessment programs, to include:
    • Service as point of contact for assessment inquiries
    • Update program documents
    • Support assessment training events
    • Upload and maintain documents in HRIS (Workday) and other systems
    • Troubleshoot issues and manage user accesses
    • Run and manage re-occurring program reports
  • General TA project management support, to include:
    • Update program guides and training materials
    • Maintain and update excel files and user lists
    • Run and manage re-occurring program reports
  • Maintain the Global TA SharePoint site: update/manage the folder structure, incorporate new functionality to improve site, upload documents, retire documents and grant user accesses

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-4+ years of professional experience in an administrative, program support or HR/Talent Acquisition role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint software skills
  • Strong customer service / customer support skills; professional communication style
  • Ability to learn and interact/support new technologies and systems
  • Interest in the HR/Talent Acquisition function and operations
