Description


Planejar, organizar, controlar e assessorar a equipe de Serviços, visando a qualidade e assertividade no atendimento ao cliente e a otimização de recursos, garantindo sempre a qualidade dos serviços prestados, conforme SLA do departamento.


1. Atender a chamada de clientes e dar entrada nos Logs de Serviços, conforme necessidade de cada cliente. 
2. Atualizar as configurações e informações dos clientes para manter atualizada a base de dados. 
3. Fornecer suporte aos clientes, planejar o atendimento conforme problema/necessidade do cliente alinhado com a expertise do time técnico disponível e logística da região. Aliar o atendimento do cliente com a otimização de custos com viagens e deslocamentos, sempre que possível.
4. Promover assistência administrativa geral com a organizaçào dos Logs.
6. Responder de forma profissional e respeitosa seguindo o SLA. 
7. Solicitar peças à fábrica, para reposição de partes de maquinário dos clientes da América Latina.
8. Conciliar suporte técnico conforme venda de serviços dos novos contratos de manutenção ou upgrade para atualização de licensas. 
9. Acompanhamento e administração do backlog do departamento de Serviços, para performance mensal dos indicadores da empresa.
10. Seguir as políticas e procedimentos da empresa.
11.Outras tarefas poderão ser designadas, conforme necessidade do departamento.
