  • To provide Engineering support to the Production Departments to ensure that hourly targets are met by completing maintenance work & fault finding.

  • To co-ordinate and provide P.M. and general maintenance. Adherence to quality compliance.

  • Expedite the implementation of P.M schedules.

  • Responsible for replenishing spare parts and continuous improvement of Spare Parts system.

  • Organization of Fill Pack Area: Schedule, work allocation, to ensure maintenance of equipment, safety regulations, development and training of personnel.

  • Supervision of staff.

  • Generation of handovers and keeping of accurate records.

  • Working within an agreed production schedule time frame.

  • Handling issues related to Environmental Health & safety. Ensure compliance to all standards.

  • Continuous improvement of production and output.

  • Application of DBS tools (Lean techniques) towards the continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery and productivity. 

Job Requirements


  • Technical Diploma or degree and has 5 years maintenance experience in an industrial environment.

  • P.M process, maintenance work & fault finding – electrical, pneumatic & PLC.

  • Experience in a supervisory capacity, providing leadership and delegates effectively.

  • Experienced Working on Own Initiative.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Experience in the Controlling and Maintaining of the Spare Parts System.

  • Experience of PLC programming & electrical control systems.

  • Quality assurance, cGMP / FDA QSR / ISO regulations
