Kommerzielle Exzellenz im Bereich Advanced Staining:

  • Ausführung regionaler Advanced Staining Geschäftsstrategien mit dem besonderen Augenmerk auf den Gewinn von Wettbewerberkunden

  • Verantwortung und Management von Advanced Staining Vertriebs-Opportunities in großen und mittelgroßen kompetitiven Accounts auf regionaler Ebene

  • Kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit Account Management, FSS, RSM und RMDMs zur Erreichung von Wachstum über dem Marktdurchschnitt

  • Enge Interaktion und Kooperation mit Associates bei Vertriebsstrategien und taktischen Maßnahmen für die gesamte Advanced Staining Produktlinie (Antikörper, ISH, Instrumente und Verbrauchsmaterialien)

  • Identifizierung und Entwicklung  neuer Opportunities, um den LBS Marktanteil im Bereich Advanced Staining zu steigern

  • Verständnis der entsprechenden diagnostischen Methoden (Routine und Specialfärbungen, IHC, ISH)

  • Verantwortung von Tendern im Bereich Advanced Staining

  • Steigerung und Sicherung des Kreatech und Novocastra Umsatz in Mitbewerber-Labors

  • Kommunikation der Vision 24 und der Vorteile von LBS-AS-Produkts im Vergleich zu Mitbewerbern

Job Requirements


Vertriebserfahrung mit nachweislichem Erfolg im Erzielen zweistelligen Wachstums und starkem Gewinn von Marktanteilen im Bereich Immunohistochemie und/oder anatomische Pathologie 

Starkes kommerzielles Verständnis für verschieden Vertriebsmodelle (Kapital, Leasing, Rental, Reagenzien-Mietverträge)

Finanzen: Gute Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Vorbereitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen

Healthcare Industrie: Kenntnisse von Produkten, Prozessen, Technologien. Erfahrung im Vertrieb im klinischen Umfeld. Gute Markt- und Wettbewerbskenntnisse im Bereich Immunhistochemie
