Senior Specialist Customer Technical Support 

Essential Functions:

  • Responds to customer calls to provide technical support for Beckman Coulter Informatics and middleware systems (Remisol, DxONE)
  • Primary expectation for the incumbent includes troubleshooting with customers and company staff to distinguish between hardware, software, and interface connection issues to resolve over the phone or dispatch the appropriate resource.
  • Collects and analyzes data to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Classifies customer complaint information according to FDA requirement before forwarding it for resolution.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Developing and tracking technical training projects
  • Timely completion and adherence to policies and procedures relating to department and company training requirements.
  • The incumbent will work closely with team members to ensure timely response to customer demands. 

Job Requirements


Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates in Biomed or medical field
  • 5 plus years’ experience in MS Office Suite
  • 3 plus years’ experience in clinical IT or Laboratory

Preferred qualifications:  

  • Bachelor of Science (Biology, Clinical Lab Science, Chemistry,)
  • Clinical or hospital laboratory experience.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Middleware and/or Laboratory information system knowledge or experience
  • Hematology and/or Chemistry experience.
