This position requires a reliable and highly motivated individual who is ready to take on responsibilities to assist the North American Sales Team from an administrative capacity.  Daily tasks include constant communication through phone, email to our current support departments.   Ideal candidate is professional, understands the organization and has exceptional customer service skills.  These candidates will work directly under a Sales Manager and will work to assist the Districts meet all goals and exceed customer expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. 

  • Be a liaison between the sales team and support departments throughout the organization

  • Complete Sales Team paperwork related to change orders, product returns, customer credit requests, consignment forms, new account applications & order shipping changes

  • Ability to follow up with internal & external customers to ensure / confirm on-time delivery of product orders

  • Be proficient in the MSCRM and AX software

  • Ability to run reports as needed for the sales team

  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Desired knowledge, skills, and experiences:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Basic computer knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.

  • Strong Interpersonal and communications Skill.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. 

  • Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.

  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic
