Position Objective:

Are you organized, energetic and have a hands on approach? Are you looking for an exciting and diverse role in which you organize training activities and events, copy write, and are part of in an international company? Then we look forward to meeting you soon! Nobel Biocare is based in Brussels – Groot Bijgaarden, is active in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry. In your new role of Activity & Event coordinator you will work closely with the marketing team and the different Benelux sales teams when organizing local activities and events throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. Working at an international company, you will also be in contact with colleagues from headquarters and other subsidiaries when preparing local and international events. For the Benelux region the marketing team currently consists of 7 young people, including a graphical designer, activity coordinators, marketing assistant, online marketer, logistics coordinator and the marketing manager.

In this position you will:

•            You will be mainly responsible for the organization of training activities and events for our customers, both for the Benelux region as internationally. You will be responsible for finishing projects within allocated time and budget. Travelling is limited to a few times/year.

•           You will serve as point of contact for customers, speakers and team members concerning activities and events .

•           Your duties will include: planning activities with sales and management, booking venues, making travel arrangements, be the point of contact regarding activities for customers, speakers and team members in French, Dutch and English, making sure that the required (hands-on) material for activitties is available (together with the logistics coordinator), writing invitations and more.

•            Since you have a perfect knowledge of both French and Dutch with a proficient knowledge of English, you will be able to support marketing communications. Copywriting skills in French, Dutch and English is considered a big advantage.



Job Requirements


To be successful in the role we need you to have:

•        Several years of working experience in event organization and/or marketing. We are looking for a hands-on, creative, stress-resistant out-of-the-box thinker. Moreover, you are a real team player and will help you colleagues with projects when needed. You have a perfect knowledge of French & Dutch and speak English as well. Nobel Biocare offers a real challenge with responsibilities where people are considered a great asset.

Important note: Nobel Biocare office is easy accessible by car, but harder by public transportation unless you are living in the area.
