Description

Summary:
  • To support the sales of Pall Laboratory Products in Southern Germany and German part of Switzerland, to achieve agreed sales projections to the market in the defined regions. 
  • To sell direct or via other channel part Pall Laboratory Products
  • Responsible for OEM Lab business in the defined regions 
Main Duties:
  • Provide field based sales support to a defined client in accordance with EU strategy & CE Sales/Tactical plan for Pall Lab products
  • To undertake independent sales calls
  • To provide technical support and market knowledge to Pall colleagues. Joint visits to customers 
  • To work closely with sales groups on an agreed programme of accompanied customer calls to meet strategic and tactical objectives.
  • To complete and submit contact analysis report for all sales activities
  • Ensure that key sales people within the region have appropriate product knowledge and training to present and sell Pall products.  Preform local training on an on-going basis as required.
  • Create action plans and execute them
  • Set-up Pall Lab product training programmes on a regional basis
  • To respond quickly and efficiently to customer enquiries
  • To communicate regularly all pertinent information to the Pall Laboratory CE Sales Manager and EU Lab Sales Manager
  • To promote new products in accordance with sales and marketing strategy
  • Identify, influence and build relationships with key customers in region. Use these relationships to improve Pall’s position by raising awareness of product range and creating sales, along with generating the required Pall brand image across the target market. Increase knowledge of competitor position and activities through close contact with key customers.  
  • Looking for new OEM business and support or increase existing ones 

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Graduate in Life Sciences. BSc (Hons) min. would be a plus
  • Experience in Lab sales environment would be a plus
  • First sales experiences or eager to join a sales organisation
  • Ability to analyse and present commercial and technical information concisely
  • Self-motivated and the ability to use initiative
  • Willingness to travel extensively (75% - 80%)
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Fluent written and oral English skills; and fluent German
