This role has a direct impact on Inventory Accuracy and Productivity. High volumes and fast paced physical activity throughout most of the day characterize this role.

Major Responsibilities 
  • Proficient in all areas of picking and packing
  • Completing all 5s duties as directed
  • Shipping: Dangerous Goods Shipping Certification DOT 49CFR and IATA
  • Error rate below 0.9%
  • Daily Management

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior warehouse experience with functions of shipping parcel, picking parcel, truck and international shipment
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Desired Education, Experience, Skills
  • Associates Degree
  • Hazardous Shipping Certification (for shipping 49CFR and IATA)
  • Fork-lift Experience (for picking, receiving, and stocking) 
  • Advanced computer skills

Travel: Less than 2%

Language:  English

  • Reports directly to Supervisor
  • Direct Reports include: None

External Relationships:
  • Freight and Parcel Carriers
  • May interact with freight and parcel carrier personnel on a daily basis as needed
